WEDDING SERVICES
WEDDING SERVICES INCLUDE:
CONSULTATION IN MY HOME IN MACON TO:
1. Become acquainted with everyone.
2. Hear a selection of wedding pieces played by
Sue on the violin, viola, keyboard, or piano.
3. Choose appropriate music.
4. Discuss special selections and arranging if necessary.
(Varying pricing between $25.00 and $60.00 for arranging services).
5. Fill in selections and information about the ceremony.
6. Discuss other matters as necessary.
PREWEDDING MUSIC will begin 30 minutes prior to the
service if the wedding is indoors.
If the ceremony is held outdoors, prewedding music will begin
20 minutes prior to the service.
(If the wedding is outdoors, shade will be mandatory.)
Music will continue for 10 minutes after the recessional as the
family and guests disperse.
THE CONTRACT will be typed, mailed, and is to be returned
within 10 business days signed, dated, and with the deposit
included. Contact me promptly should there be any changes.
ON THE WEDDING DAY arrival time will be approximately
45 minutes before the scheduled time for the prewedding music.
If my presence at the WEDDING REHEARSAL is desired,
an additional fee will be added to the contracted amount.
($75.00 for the first hour, $20.00 each additional half hour).
If not, I will arrive earlier on the wedding date to meet with
the wedding director to discuss cues and any other details.
MUSICIANS WILL PROVIDE our own chairs and stands.
Dress will be appropriate: black, or black and white.
Amplification, if needed, can usually be provided.
